    La Esperanza - One of the best coffee farm in Colombia, this farm located in the municipality of trujillo. it currently managed and owned by Rigoberto Herrera family, also one of the first farm imported Geisha variety from Panama in 2007.

     

    This Geisha undergoes meticulous manual picking and waterless depulping, with fermentation times ranging from 19 to 22 hours in whole cherries and an additional 35 hours in parchment and mucilage. After washing, the mechanically dried coffee is closely monitored at temperatures between 35°C (95°F) and 45°C (113°F) until achieving a final humidity percentage of around 10.5%.
